The Chairman emphasized Oceanview's evolution toward becoming a brand and innovation-driven organization, committed to serving customers with excellence.
The CEO delivered an inspiring message to all sales teams, emphasizing the importance of a positive mindset and customer dedication.
"Every customer deserves our genuine commitment and care," Ms. Qiu stated. "Whether it's a small order or a large contract, we treat each opportunity with equal sincerity. At the same time, we must develop what I call the 'big customer spirit' – learning from industry leaders like Huawei to confidently pursue and serve major accounts."
In a memorable moment, the Sales Director and Production Director made a public commitment on stage – for every order the sales team secures, the production team pledges to deliver within lead time. This bold exchange showcased Oceanview's spirit of accountability, mutual support, and readiness to take on challenges together.
